Here are three things to know.
1. The $20 million project is slated to create 150 jobs including licensed nurses, speech therapists and certified nursing assistants, among others, Michelle Givens, CEO of Adventist Care Centers, said, according to the Orlando Business Journal.
2. The skilled nursing facility will feature 120 beds, a beauty shop, a view of fireworks at Walt Disney World and a 4,000-square-foot therapy gym, the report notes.
3. The complex is set to open in April 2018.
