Here are four things to know.
1. The campus includes 32 acres of space and an 81-bed hospital, according to a news release.
2. More than 100 physicians are affiliated with the campus. They represent a number of specialties such as orthopedics and sports medicine, neurology, general surgery, cardiology and obstetrics and gynecology, according to the release.
3. Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital is considered a “tilt-up construction project.” This means “the building’s walls are poured on-site in large slabs of concrete and then raised into position,” according to the release.
4. Future plans for the campus allow for the capacity to increase the number of inpatient beds to 145, as well as space for additional patient bed towers and medical plazas, according to the release.
