The following hospitals announced or completed plans in the last week to expand, upgrade or renovate their facilities.

1. Florida hospital plans $110M upgrade
Gainesville-based, North Florida Regional Medical Center, owned by Nashville, Tenn.-based HCA Healthcare, will invest $110 million to expand and renovate several areas of its campus.

2. Mayo Clinic invests nearly $800M to expand in Florida, Arizona
In an effort to meet rising patient demand, Mayo Clinic will invest nearly $800 million to expand its campuses in Arizona and Florida. 

3. Presbyterian Healthcare to open 4 retail clinics for emergency, urgent care
Albuquerque, N.M.-based Presbyterian Healthcare Services will open four retail-based clinics offering 24/7 emergency and urgent care. 

4. New York health system gets $180M loan for $480M expansion
Utica, N.Y.-based Mohawk Valley Health System secured the last piece of funding to finance its $480 million expansion project.
