DAS Health acquires Integra I.T. Solutions, growing EHR services

DAS Health, a provider of health IT and management solutions, acquired Las Vegas-based Integra I.T. Solutions, an eMDs EHR reseller and IT service provider, focusing on medical software, medical billing and IT managed services.

DAS Health offers comprehensive health IT and management services and is the largest national reseller of Aprima Medical Software. Following its latest acquisition, DAS Health will now sell and support eMDs Plus, Lytec, Practice Partner and Medisoft EHR practice management platforms. DAS Health will also integrate Integra employees into its workforce.

As a part of DAS Health, Integra I.T. Solutions will be able “to expand and enhance our existing services, raising the bar as a business partner and healthcare solutions provider,” said Deepak Shroff, managing partner of Integra I.T. Solutions.

The combined company will serve nearly 2,000 clinicians and more than 600 practices across the U.S.
