Cerner announced July 23 a new agreement to deploy Holon Solutions' point-of-care platform that can extract relevant patient information from Cerner's population health platform and deliver it into the clinician's EHR workflow.
Three notes:
1. Holon's CollaborNet platform works with Cerner's EHR and analyzes provider workflow activity to automatically identify gaps in a patient's care.
2. The platform pulls insights from Cerner's population health platform HealtheIntent and displays the information as a "ribbon" alongside the patient chart in the provider's EHR.
3. The partnership aims to provide clinicians information more quickly to support clinical decision making, treatment planning and care delivery.
