WeightWatchers completes acquisition of telehealth company Sequence

WeightWatchers completed its acquisition of telehealth company Sequence on April 10.

Sequence offers a $99-a-month subscription for its app and telehealth appointments with weight-loss clinicians. The company has approximately $25 million in annual revenues and 24,000 members.

The deal, announced March 6, is worth $132 million.
