West Virginia hospital rebrands, will move to Epic EHR

Princeton (W.V.) Community Hospital has officially rebranded as part of its integration with WVU Medicine and will move onto the Morgantown-based health system’s Epic EHR, CBS affiliate 13 News reported.

The facility is now called WVU Medicine Princeton Community Hospital. “We’ve been able to build our two state-of-the-art cath labs, we have our telemedicine service, and we’ve also added some other specialty services,” CEO Karen Bowling said, according to the Jan. 28 story.

The hospital will transition March 1 to the new EHR, the news outlet reported.
