Cooper sued Virtua over an ad campaign in which Virtua claimed it had the most “top doctors.” According to the report, Cooper claimed a researcher working for Virtua’s advertising firm made the finding.

Both health systems have agreed to “prominently” list the source of their “top docs” claims in future ad campaigns and to publicly disclose the methodology behind the findings.
