Digital pharmacy company names former Cleveland Clinic exec innovation officer

Hims & Hers Health, a digital pharmacy platform, has named former Cleveland Clinic chief pharmacy officer Scott Knoer, PharmD, as the company’s first chief pharmacy and innovation officer.

Prior to his new role, Dr. Knoer served as the executive vice president and CEO of the American Pharmacists Association. Before that role, Dr. Knoer spent close to a decade overseeing pharmaceutical operations at Cleveland Clinic, according to a Dec. 5 Hims & Hers news release provided to Becker’s.

“Scott is a deep-bench academic with real-world experience transforming pharmacy operations at a large health network, and a proven leader in the field. His impact will be immediate as we develop more personalized solutions for everyone,” Hims & Hers CEO Andrew Dudum said.
