Managed care plan CareSource is partnering with BeMe, a digital behavioral health company, to provide mental healthcare to teens enrolled in Indiana's Hoosier Healthwise.
The 19,200 teens enrolled in the plan will now have access to mental health support content, care activities, coaching, clinical support and crisis support. The BeMe app launched in January 2022, according to a March 13 CareSource news release.
"Innovative interventions are desperately needed to support teens' mental health in Indiana and across the country," Nicoletta Tessler, PsyD, CEO and co-founder of BeMe, said in the release. "BeMe's mobile mental health solution addresses these fundamental needs and is designed for a digital-first generation that is desperate for support."
