Oklahoma’s Midwest Regional Medical Center Begins Final Phase of Construction

Work continues on the third and final phase of a $25 million expansion at Midwest Regional Medical Center in Midwest City, Okla., according to a report in The Oklahoman.

The expansion adds two new floors to the hospitals and 102 beds, brining the total number of beds to 357, according to the report. The new floors will focus on treating medical and surgical patients.

Officials from Midwest Regional cited the addition of 19 new physicians to the facility as a reason for the expansion.
