NBGH’s two solutions are the ACO journey map and the ACO scoring guide. The ACO journey map helps employers assess six competencies of ACOs: governance, network, care model, consumer experience, technology and analytics and finance model. The ACO scoring guide helps employers understand the journey map’s competencies.
Both solutions are part of NBGH’s ACO toolkit, which “provides employers with a road map for implementing an ACO strategy.”
