The companies will combine operations across the U.S. to achieve greater scale. The new organization will employ more than 500 people, and reel in anticipated annual revenues of more than $80 million. HealthInsight and Qualis Health will continue to use their individual names for ongoing operations until a new, corporatewide brand is launched.

Marc Bennett, president and CEO of HealthInsight, will serve as CEO of the new organization. “HealthInsight is excited to join forces with Qualis Health, a national leader in our industry with a highly skilled team and a strong vision,” Mr. Bennett said. “This merger will enable us to fulfill our shared mission more effectively, extend the reach of our services, strengthen our position in the market, and most importantly, improve the health of the communities we serve.”

Both companies currently contract with CMS, as well as Medicaid and other agencies in multiple states. They are comparable in size and complementary in scope, and both  focus on improving  healthcare quality consulting, assisting providers and engaging healthcare stakeholders.
