The sale of the primarily smaller, regional brokerage location is part of the company’s strategy to focus on select markets such as Charlotte, N.C., Dallas, Minneapolis and San Francisco, according to a news release. Terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in the second quarter of 2014, were not disclosed.
