The company’s net revenue increased 11.4 percent to $641.7 million from $575.9 million in the fist quarter of 2013. Acquisitions led revenue growth, followed by same contract revenue and net sales growth.
Profit for the quarter was $23.8 million, up from $18.3 million the same quarter in 2013.
“We are pleased with our financial performance for the first quarter of 2014 as we generated double digit revenue and earnings growth, while expanding our Adjusted EBITDA margin over the prior year,” said CEO Greg Roth in a press release.
