The campus, which will be in San Francisco, features a 1-million-square-foot, 11-story building and occupies an entire block. The building has earthquake-proof technology, called viscous wall dampers, which act as shock absorbers if the building started shaking.
The building has a network of pneumatic tubes to help transport medical supplies and other items throughout the facility.
Construction began in 2014 and will wrap up on budget and ahead of schedule. The building originally was slated to open next summer.
