Prime Health Service PPO Purchases Colorado PPO Network

Brentwood, Tenn.-based Prime Health Service, a nationwide preferred provider organization, has acquired Denver-based Casualty Management Network, another PPO network.

Prime Health Services has more than 600,000 providers and facilities nationwide, according to a news release. CMN is a PPO network of more than 5,000 medical providers in Colorado.

“This acquisition greatly enhances Prime’s coverage in the state of Colorado for all of our product lines,” CEO of Prime Health Brian Sharp said in a statement. “Prime continues to enhance its place in the PPO market with this acquisition.”
