Phoenix hospital building sells for $14M

A former Kindred Healthcare building in Phoenix sold for $14 million, the Phoenix Business Journal reported Feb. 14.

The 73,196-square-foot structure was built in 1982. Previously, deals had fallen through to turn the building into a surgical hospital and a long-term care unit. The building was sold to two entities associated with CareLock, a substance use disorder treatment provider, according to the report.
