Mishawaka, Ind.-based Franciscan Health will move its emergency department at the existing Franciscan Health Crown Point (Ind.) to the new $200 million hospital of the same name when it opens to the public on Jan. 28.

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore has dedicated $100 million in his fiscal year 2025 budget to the construction of the new Regional Medical Center in Easton, Md. 

Parkview Warsaw (Ind.), an outpatient medical facility with an emergency room, has completed its transition to Parkview Kosciusko Hospital, a full-service hospital providing inpatient and outpatient services. 

Grand Junction, Colo.-based Community Hospital is opening its $81 million James Pulsipher Regional Cancer Center and Monument View Medical Plaza to patients on Jan. 15.

Phoenix-based Valleywise Health Medical Center will open its new, $463 million hospital April 11, the Arizona Republic reported Jan. 10. 

Anderson, S.C.-based AnMed Health has tapped $126.7 million in state Jobs-Economic Development Authority tax-exempt hospital revenue bonds for service expansion.

Grady Memorial Hospital, part of Atlanta-based Grady Health System, has entered a $62.4 million funding agreement with Fulton and Dekalb counties in Georgia.
