Ohio medical center starts construction of $70M tower

Beavercreek, Ohio-based The Indu and Raj Soin Medical Center, part of Dayton, Ohio-based Kettering Health Network, broke ground on its $70 million, five-story patient tower, according to The Dayton Daily News.

The tower, which will add 170,000 square feet to the hospital, will house private inpatient rooms, a surgical unit and space for cardiac services.

The project will add 114 beds to the 157-bed medical center. Construction is expected to end by summer 2020.
