Indiana hospital plans $17M expansion

Community Hospital Anderson (Ind.) plans to build a $17 million expansion for cardiovascular care, The Herald Bulletin reported Oct. 6.

The new facility is three stories and 39,600 square feet. It will include exam rooms, counseling spaces, exercise areas, a catheter lab, an infusion center and medical offices. 

It was created to improve access to care for patients who normally have to travel to Indianapolis for cardiovascular services.
