Former Pennsylvania state hospital site sells for $5.5M

The site of a former state hospital in Allentown, Pa., has been sold to Developer City Center for $5.5 million, WFMZ reported Jan. 11.

The land will be used as a mixed-use retail and housing space. In 2020, the hospital building was demolished after 100 years of standing.
