Florida hospital completes $35M ED upgrade

Boca Raton, Fla.-based West Boca Medical Center has invested more than $35 million into hospital upgrades, South Florida Hospital News reported Nov. 3.

These investments include renovating the emergency department, enhancing women’s services by upgrading obstetrics ED and the comprehensive imaging center, building a new cardiac catheterization lab, expanding operating rooms to support orthopedic and spine care, and creating more convenient outpatient services, including physical therapy.

West Boca Medical is part of the Palm Beach Health Network.
