Wilmington, Del.-based ChristianaCare opened the ChristianaCare Health Center at Aston (Pa.) on Oct. 19, bringing primary care, specialty care, imaging and diagnostics together in a new multi-specialty outpatient facility.

The health center helps expand services available to patients on its Aston Campus, which complements the ChristianaCare Hospital, Aston, that opened on June 2, according to a news release shared with Becker’s.

The center is preparing to welcome patients, with appointments available for primary care and other services.

ChristianaCare Health Center, Aston and ChristianaCare Hospital, Aston together form a community-focused campus that offers care ranging from primary and specialty care to emergency and inpatient services. The hospital comprises 24/7 emergency care, advanced diagnostic capabilities and inpatient beds, the release said.

“This center is about more than expanding services,” Pauline Corso, president of Ambulatory Network Continuity and Growth at ChristianaCare, said in the release. “It’s about investing in the people we serve and the relationships that help communities thrive. We are proud to deepen our presence in Aston and honored to serve this community for years to come.”
