Mr. Merrill will be in charge of expanding the company’s financial services to meet the demands of the sector. He previously served as director at Bain & Company and president of CASSIS Americas, a mobile payments company.
Mr. Merrill was appointed by Management Consulting Group, which acquired Kurt Salmon in Oct. 2007.
