NTT DATA and Spear, Inc. enter the Small Business Administration’s All Small Mentor-Protégé Program together

A recent press release by NTT DATA announces their partnership with Spear, Inc. has been approved to enter the Small Business Administration’s All Small Mentor-Protégé Program (ASMPP).

NTT DATA Services, a recognized leader in global technology services, and Spear, Inc., a premiere IT Federal Government contractor, announced the approval of their Mentor-Protégé agreement under the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) All Small Mentor-Protégé Program (ASMPP). The two companies are entering into the program together, positioning Spear to learn from NTT DATA’s more than 50 years in the public sector. The ASMPP, launched in October 2016 and modeled after the SBA’s 8(a) Mentor-Protégé Program, is a business development program aimed at increasing small business capabilities. Under the ASMPP, NTT DATA Federal, Inc. will take on the role of mentor, providing Spear, Inc., a Virginia-based IT solutions and management consulting company, with business development assistance.
