Fitch assigns ‘AA-‘ to University of Colorado Health’s bonds, revises outlook

Fitch Ratings assigned an “AA-” rating to Aurora-based University of Colorado Health’s $153.3 million of series 2017A revenue bonds and $303.8 million of series 2017C-1 and 2017C-2 bonds.

The ratings agency also affirmed the “AA-/F1+” rating on the health system’s $265.6 million of series 2015A, 2015B and 2015C bonds.

The outlook has been revised to stable from positive.
