Moody’s assigns ‘Aa2’ rating to Boston Children’s Hospital’s bonds

Moody’s Investors Service assigned an “Aa2” rating to Boston Children’s Hospital’s series 2017A bonds.

The rating assignment is based on a number of factors, including the hospital’s leading reputation for pediatric clinical care research, strong balance sheet and consistently positive operating margins.

The outlook is stable, reflecting Moody’s Investors Service’s expectation that Boston Children’s Hospital’s performance will not weaken and that liquidity metrics will remain strong.
