Here are four things to know about the deal.
1. Privately owned diversified investment firm Nazareth Enterprises, based in San Mateo, Calif., arranged the acquisition of the 152,553-square-foot medical device manufacturing facility.
2. When the deal took place, the facility was leased by Morgan Hill-based Paramit Corp. and serves as the company’s headquarters and research/development operations, according to the report.
3. The property sits on 10.44 acres and was developed in 2002 for Paramit Corp., according to the report.
4. The buyer’s identity was not disclosed.
