According to the agreement, the clinic will be renamed the OCH Jay Family Medicine Clinic. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“I am very happy and encouraged to join the OCH Health System,” said Richard Tidwell, MD, owner and founder of the clinic. “Changes in the healthcare industry made the future of our clinic uncertain. I know working with OCH will provide a solid future while allowing me the ability to focus on serving my current patients in Delaware County and continue providing services to those who need it most.”
