Mr. Cuttler has served as a partner with Oakleaf Strategy Group as well as CEO for Capital Health & Wellness of Troy and Syracuse. He replaces former CEO Josephine M. Rose who was terminated for undisclosed reasons after she served for more than 30 years in the role. Ms. Rose filed a lawsuit against East Hill saying there was no cause for termination. The matter is now in “pre-trial stages,” according to the report.
East Hill Family Medical is a federally qualified health center, offering a number of services including adult and pediatric medicine and behavioral health.
