The program is geared toward clinicians, administrators, managers, and IT professionals from all healthcare disciplines interested in using telehealth to deliver care.
Telehealth care delivery is especially germane to Delaware, which in 2015 passed legislation requiring private payers cover telemedicine services in their benefits, reports The News Journal.
The 15-week course will discuss the clinical, technical and business elements of telehealth.
