HCA West Florida has been working with Citrus Memorial’s leaders since January of this year on this transaction.
“We look forward to bringing the strength of a leading healthcare system to Citrus County residents,” said Peter Marmerstein, president of HCA West Florida. “We are confident we can positively impact the quality of patient care and services, and expand access to specialized programs for these communities.”
With this lease, HCA West Florida expands to include 17 hospitals and 16 ambulatory surgery centers.
