Rhashema Deramus and her fellow conspirators stole 881 identities, including names, dates of birth and social security numbers, from the medical center. They then used the stolen information to file tax returns.
It has been found that Ms. Deramus and her associates had 520 cards which contained over $1.1 million worth of fraudulently obtained tax refunds, according to the report.
