Kalamazoo, Mich.-based Bronson Healthcare has made four leadership appointments.
Four things to know about the changes, per a July 14 health system news release:
1. Todd Bennett, DO, was appointed vice president of medical affairs and chief medical officer for Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo. He joined Bronson Healthcare in 2006 and has served as the chief medical information officer since 2022.
2. Chris Rees was appointed senior vice president and chief quality officer. He joins Bronson Healthcare after serving as senior director of care variation at Optum, according to his LinkedIn page.
3. Jon Sherwood was promoted to vice president of finance. Mr. Sherwood joined Bronson Healthcare in 2018 as controller, according to his LinkedIn page.
4. Troy Shirley, PharmD, was promoted to vice president of pharmacy. Dr. Shirley joined Bronson in 2016 as system director of pharmacy, according to his LinkedIn page.
