Cecil Miller III was selected as the next president and CEO of UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital in Norwich, N.Y.
Mr. Miller has served as vice president of operations at UPMC Chautauqua, a 288-bed facility in Jamestown, N.Y., since 2013, according to a March 28 UHS news release.
Mr. Miller will succeed Drake Lamen, MD, who is retiring in mid-April after 18 years at the helm, the release said.
UHS Chenango Memorial is part of Binghamton, N.Y.-based United Health Services, a system with a 6,300-member workforce across 60 locations.
