Banner Health, Maui Memorial Medical Center May Affiliate

Maui Memorial Medical Center in Wailuku, Hawaii, is considering an affiliation with Banner Health in Phoenix, according to a Maui Weekly report.

In August, MMMC announced it was in the preliminary stages of partnership  talks with Banner Health. According to the report, Wesley Lo, regional CEO of MMMC, said talks have been underway with Banner since June, and a decision on whether to move forward is expected from Banner in December.
