Dr. Koonsman has been on Methodist Dallas’ medical staff since 1993 and has served as medical staff president since 2010. He is also the director of the Methodist Dallas Medical Center for Breast Care. He will maintain his private practice while serving as CMO.
Dr. Koonsman is a board-certified general surgeon. He earned his medical degree from Texas Tech University Medical School in Lubbock.
