Allina Health taps Advocate Aurora leader as COO

Dominica Tallarico was named executive vice president and COO of Minneapolis-based Allina Health.

Ms. Tallarico brings a wealth of experience to the role, according to an April 25 news release.

Most recently, she served as executive vice president of the Illinois market for the newly formed Charlotte, N.C.-based Advocate Health — previously Advocate Aurora Health. She was responsible for acute and ambulatory strategy and operations in that market, which includes nine hospitals, a children’s hospital, 400 ambulatory care sites and medical group clinics.

Ms. Tallarico will begin her new role May 1, according to the release.
