The health system said in an email to staff: “Healthcare is transforming, and we need to constantly look for the best ways to invest in technology and processes that allow us to best serve our customers. As the expectations of our customers change, we must also change.”
OhioHealth, based in Columbus, said it would keep the IT workers on payroll until Jan. 3 and give them an opportunity to train for other jobs within the system, according to the report.
