Ms. Buchanan comes to WVU Medicine from Norfolk, Va.-based Sentara Healthcare, where she served as director of financial planning for Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital in Charlottesville, Va. She previously served in financial planning roles at Value America and Enron Capital & Trade Resources. She completed her MBA at University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business in Charlottesville.
Mr. Ruble most recently served as vice president of human resources at Blue Ridge Community and Technical College in Martinsburg. He is a past president of the Eastern Panhandle Society for Human Resource Management.
