Australian primary health network deploys Allscripts’ interoperability platform

South Western Sydney Primary Health Network, based in Australia, implemented Allscripts’ dbMotion Solution platform, its proprietary community interoperability platform.

The dbMotion Solution integrates real-time patient data from various care settings and IT systems into a single patient record. By implementing the platform, South Western Sydney PHN is aiming to improve provider workflow, disease management and accessibility. The PHN will collaborate with dbMotion sites located in different countries, including the U.S. and Canada.

South Western Sydney PHN is a nonprofit organization that supports general practitioners, nurses and other primary health providers.
