Ms. Salvaggio shared the following tip with Becker’s Hospital Review.
“Services such as transcription, dialysis, contracted labor, food and nutrition, and medical equipment service contracts are very expensive and not always well-managed. Through experienced contract and utilization review, analytics and negotiations, providers can realize hundreds of thousands of dollars in savings without the issues associated with physician preferences that often arise when changing clinical supplies.”
