Rustin Morse, MD. Vice President of Quality at Children’s Health (Dallas) In his current role, Dr. Morse works to improve patient safety and quality at Children’s Health where he practices as an emergency medicine physician. Under his leadership, Children’s Health reduced serious safety events by 50 percent and established a 97 percent hand hygiene compliance rate in 2016. Dr. Morse is active in numerous organizations focused on improving patient safety, including the Children’s Hospital Association of Texas Quality and Patient Safety Committee and the Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council on Patient Safety and Quality.
