Mr. Brennan has served as executive vice president of finance and CFO of Geisinger Health System since 2000. Before coming to Geisinger, Mr. Brennan served as the regional vice president of finance and vice president of managed care at Tacoma, Wash.-based Franciscan Health System from 1991 to 1995.
