Mark Bogen. Senior Vice President of Finance and CFO of South Nassau

Mr. Bogen has more than 35 years of experience in healthcare financial and operations. He has served as senior vice president of finance and CFO of South Nassau Communities Hospital since 2012. Before being named CFO, Mr. Bogen served as vice president of finance at South Nassau. Mr. Bogen also has experience in the consulting business, as he founded The Bogen Consulting Group in 1997, which later merged with Besler Consulting, where he then served as a director. Besler is a healthcare financial consulting firm. A certified public accountant, Mr. Bogen has
several professional memberships, including the Healthcare Financial Management
Association and the Healthcare Compliance Association.
