Margaret Sabin. President and CEO of Penrose-St. Francis Health Services (Colorado Springs, Colo.). Ms. Sabin has been president and CEO at Penrose-St. Francis Health Services since 2008 and is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the 522-bed system. Prior to joining Penrose-St. Francis, she was the CEO of Sutter Health Partners; vice president of new product development for Sutter Health in Sacramento, Calif.; CEO of Marin Community Health; CEO of the Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs, Colo.; and CEO of Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, Colo. Ms. Sabin has over 37 years of healthcare experience and was president of Centennial, Colo.-based Centura Health’s South State Operating Group from 2009 to 2017, overseeing all Centura hospitals in southern Colorado.
