Dawn Rudolph. Chief Experience Officer of Saint Thomas Health (Nashville, Tenn.). Ms. Rudolph joined Saint Thomas Health as chief experience officer in 2013, previously serving as CEO of Nashville, Tenn.-based Saint Thomas West Hospital and Fort Wayne, Ind.-based St. Joseph Hospital. In her current role, Ms. Rudolph is responsible for improving patient, physician and family experience strategies across Saint Thomas Health’s nine hospitals in central Tennessee. She monitors patient satisfaction scores and provides tools to address improvement opportunities as well as creates policies and procedures for a consistent experience throughout the health system. In addition to her work with Saint Thomas Health, Ms. Rudolph is passionate about serving her community and served as the 2012 chair for the Nashville chapter of the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women movement to fight heart disease among women. She is a board member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation as well as a member of the Nashville Chamber CEO Champions for Academies of Nashville-Metro Nashville Public Schools.
