Pamela Rudisill, DNP, MSN, RN. Senior Vice President and Chief Nursing Officer of Community Health Systems (Franklin, Tenn.). Dr. Rudisill joined CHS in 2014. As senior vice president and CNO, she is responsible for leading nursing practices across all hospitals in the system and also directing the survey management and survey readiness team responsible for helping affiliate hospitals achieve regulatory and accreditation surveys. Prior to joining CHS, Dr. Rudisill was vice president and CNO of Health Management Associates. She earned her doctorate in nursing practice from Duke University in Durham, N.C., and previously served as president of the American Academy of Nurse Executives.
