Karen Testman, RN. CFO of MemorialCare Health System (Fountain Valley, Calif.). Ms. Testman has more than two decades of healthcare experience. Prior to becoming CFO in late 2013, she was senior vice president of financial operations for MemorialCare. She also previously served as CFO of Orange Coast Memorial in Fountain Valley and Saddleback Memorial Medical Center in Laguna Hills, Calif., and San Clemente, Calif.
